What is a doula? someone who provides with emotional, spiritual, and physical support throughout the process of pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
I fell in love with the work of a doula. Being there to support no matter the birth plan. Being there to advocate. Being there as a friend. A fellow mother.
This is why I became a doula. To be the one to hold the mother while she learns to hold her child.
